This page informs you of our policies regarding cancellations and refunds for the digital downloadable products available on our Service. By purchasing any digital product from our Service, you agree to be bound by this policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Cancellations
Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been made accessible to you, it is not possible to cancel the purchase. This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be physically returned or restored to our inventory once they have been downloaded. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product description and any available previews before making a purchase.
- Refunds
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, because our products are digital and cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, such as download problems or file corruption, please contact our customer support at prashant@sparksinteractive.in within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Exceptions to the no-refund policy may be made in the following cases:
a. Duplicate Purchases: If you inadvertently purchase a digital product more than once, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase(s). Please provide the transaction details for each purchase when requesting a refund.
b. Misrepresentation: If a digital product is found to be significantly different from its description or preview, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund, please provide a detailed explanation of the discrepancy and any supporting evidence. We will evaluate your claim and, if it is deemed valid, issue a refund at our discretion.
Please note that refunds will only be considered within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be entertained.
- Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card provider or bank, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of the digital product’s delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account on our Service.
